The Robertson County Arrest Log
The official detention portal takes a larger day count. Try 5 or 7. A broad sweep can surface bookings delayed by a weekend or slow processing. Results still reflect a moment in time.
Robertson County posts no fixed weekend schedule. Never assume the grid refreshes at midnight or by the hour.
Current lists people still in custody. Released can keep an entry visible after a person leaves, though neither view shows a court outcome.
How to Read the Robertson County Blotter
Work from reliable identity fields and keep the chosen window with your notes.
- Select Current and enter 5 or 7 days.
- Search a full name or review the grid.
- Group charges by booking identifier and admit date.
- Repeat in Released.
- Verify later action with the court clerk.
Use Arrests Last 24 Hours for a same-day question.
What an Arrest-Log Entry Shows
The portal showed Full Name and Admit Date. Charge and demographic filters appeared too, though detail fields may change.
| Item | Rule |
|---|---|
| Name | Confirm with date and another identifier |
| Admit Date | Intake, not always incident time |
| Charge | Charge as booked |
| Current/Released | Custody view, not disposition |
| Photo | Do not assume one exists |
The Released grid documents the companion state.

Check the live system before stating custody.
Weekend and Holiday Arrests
After a weekend, widen the range. Intake and publication rarely match a search time. That's why a bigger window helps. It does not prove a crime surge, though. For urgent custody questions, call the detention facility at 615-384-7974. Sheriff press releases and Smokey Barn cover only selected cases, not a full arrest log. Springfield, White House, and Greenbrier police write reports, yet none offers a stable daily city list, so the Robertson County arrest hub carries the full source chain.
Archives and Retention
The portal says nothing about retention. Ask the sheriff's records custodian whether an older booking, date range, or photo still exists. The Robertson County Archives searches named historical court groups, not current mugshots. For old state custody, use TDOC Records Management. RecentlyBooked and Busted Newspaper may preserve copied entries. Their depth proves nothing about official retention, and they may omit release details. The county archive search displays the historical record-group interface. The Robertson court portal itself warns that its online index is incomplete.

Use the archive only for the older groups it identifies.
